123 Days Away (2009)On recent travels through Southeast Asia I collected objects from all the places I visited. These objects were collaged together to create a chronological representation of my journey. 123 Days Away serves as a material narrative of my travel experience. This work explores the concept of the souvenir (the travel mnemonic), and reconstructing memories once home. 123 Days Away was made in collaboration with Aaron Burton.
